Chesterfield Panthers RUFC Minis Festival 2024 Rules/Information

The CPRUFC Minis festival is for U7-U12 age groups only.

No playing up of age groups will be permitted during the festival.
Mixed gender teams are permitted U7-U11 age groups only.

PITCH MANAGEMENT
Each age group will have a dedicated Pitch Manager who will co-ordinate matches, monitor safeguarding, and ensure our rugby values of T.R.E.D.S. are followed by everyone attending the festival.

We will be abiding by the New Rules of Play for U7-U12 age groups as per RFU Regulation 15.

Maximum playing times will be as follows:

U7 & U8 – 50 mins
U9 & U10 – 60 mins
U11 & U12 – 70 mins

If it is decided by the Festival Organiser that the ground conditions are too hard to permit contact rugby then a form of touch rugby will be played instead.
